When we lived in Lake Tahoe, CA, we acquired a permit and trekked into the woods to actually cut down our Christmas Tree. One year, we tagged the tree during the day and then returned at night when my dad got off work. In the dark, we located the tree again, and dad hauled it back to the car. My sister and I sledded back, whirling through the snowy landscape in pitch dark. A Christmas to remember. Holiday Hike-in is reminiscent of those woodsy scents captured as we hiked into the woods. HOW LONG WILL MY CANDLE BURN?
We list minimum burn times for our soy candles. Burn time can be affected by several different factors like wind draft, length of wick, and size of container. Soy wax is known to get 6-7 hours of burn time for every 1oz of wax. Our 4oz candle burns a minimum of 20 hrs, 8oz is 40 hrs, and 16oz is 80 hrs.
